Refund policy

Delivery:

• Your order will be delivered to the cargo company within 15 business days.
• Delivery times may vary for some special products. You can see the delivery times for the products on the product detail pages.

Return and Exchange:

• You can make a change request for all products sold on our website within 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• The exchange process conditions for all our products are as follows:

• The exchange/return form that came out of the package/cargo must be filled in, and the product code and name of the other product you requested for exchange must be written.
• The product must be returned with its original box/packaging, without the security lock removed. (Exchange of products that are perfumed, stained, torn/torn, washed is not accepted.)
